Newham Training Hub through valuing our people, aims to support our communities to become healthy, happy and resilient. Newham Training Hub are an integrated network of local organisations across Health, Social Care and Voluntary Sector working collaboratively in partnership for workforce planning, development and creating career pathways for our local residents. 

The Community Education Provider Network (CEPN), also known as Training Hub, is a localised model for the planning and delivery of education and training for the health and social care workforce within the community. The model has been pump prime funded through a Health Education England pilot initiative that has been rolled out in various parts of the country. 

BHR Training Hub aspires to be the single, unifying space for information, support, education, and development for the community-based health and care workforce, ensuring that everyone accessing and delivering health and social care in the BHR Integrated Care System feels valued and valuable.

Waltham Forrest Training Hub is integral to Health Education England’s core purpose of supporting the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to patients and the public through ensuring the primary care workforce of today and tomorrow are trained in the right numbers, have the necessary skills, NHS values and behaviours at the right time and in the right place as described.
